Dump all of the following into a food processor or blender and blend; the amounts aren't exact, you have a lot of leeway:
- 2-3 cups of white beans
- 2-4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- a fistful of basil
- 1-2 cloves of garlic
- juice of 1/2-1 lemon
- 1-2 tbsp pumpkin seed butter OR a small handful of pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
- dash cayenne
- salt & pepper to taste
